Here you will find all the information you will need before and during your stay at our Bieles apartment.
When can we arrive?
The apartment will be ready for you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you arrive before 3 p.m. and the apartment is already ready, you will be able to check in earlier. Otherwise, you are welcome to leave your luggage here.
What time do we have to leave?
On your day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. at the latest.
If you would like to check out late from your apartment, please send us a request. We apply a small surcharge for late check-out.
Is a deposit required?
To make a binding reservation, payment of a 30% deposit of the booked arrangement is required. This deposit is to be paid within 7 days of making the booking. Please transfer the remaining amount up to 2 weeks before arrival. Alternatively, you can also pay the remaining amount on site in cash.
Can we cancel our stay?
Cancellations are only valid when made in writing.
- Up to 1 months before your planned arrival: 40% of the total price
- Up to 1 week before your planned arrival: 70% of the total price
- During the final week before your planned arrival: 90% of the total arrangement price
- In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total price for the stay must be paid.
Please note that if you decide to depart early, the full price of the holiday will still be charged. Further information can be found here.
We recommend taking out travel insurance when you make a booking.
Are additional people allowed in the apartment?
The apartments are booked for the number of people you have specified. If additional people are to stay, this is only possible if agreed by telephone or in writing beforehand, and an extra fee will be applied. This also includes additional children.
What payment methods are accepted on site?
We only accept cash payments at our accommodation.
How much is the final cleaning fee?
The one-off cost for final cleaning is € 130.00.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is €3.50 per person per night (for guests aged 15 and over). This is to be paid on site.
Are there any washing facilities or a washing machine on site?
We are happy to offer you a laundry service on request (for a fee).
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
Smoking is only allowed outside the building and on the terasses.
Are pets allowed at Apart Bieles?
Since our apartment is allergy-friendly, no pets are allowed.
Are there any restaurants nearby?
There are a number of restaurants located near our apartment, all of which come highly recommended. These include the Gasthof Falkeis and the Fischerranch in Kauns, the Gasthaus Kaltenbrunn, the Gachenblick restaurant at the nature park visitor centre, the Talgenuss restaurant in Feichten, the Tilia restaurant in Ried, the Hotel Post and the Gasthof Gemse in Prutz.
Are there any Alpine pasture farms nearby?
Kauns is located at the entrance to the Kaunertal, in the heart of the Tyrolean Oberland. The area has countless Alpine pasture farms and mountain huts that invite you to stop by. We recommend the following Alpine pasture farms and mountain huts: Nassereinalm, Gepatschhaus, Verpeilhütte, Falkauns Alm, Aifner Alm, Gogles Alm, Fendler Alm, Gallruthalm.
Is there a place that offers ski rental nearby?
If you book online, you will receive a 10% discount on ski rental at Sport Burtscher. We also recommend Sport Schranz in Fendels and, if you are interested in equipment for classic or skating cross-country skiing, we recommend Sporthaus Larcher or Sport Plankensteiner in Feichten.
How can I use the Regio Card?
The Regio Card for the Landeck region is valid for one year from October. It includes entry to many popular skiing and hiking areas, as well as to many of the region’s swimming pools and bathing lakes. With the Bike+ upgrade for the summer, you can also take advantage of the region’s extensive biking trail network.

Are there any shops near the apartment?
The closest shops (a 5-minute drive away) are in Prutz (Hofer discount supermarket, M-Preis supermarket, Spar, Trendshop Sailer, Tabak-Trafik Renger, OMV petrol station – 24h).
